When the main machine of the grinding mill is in operation, the grinding roller tightly rolls on the grinding ring under the centrifugal force. The material is then conveyed to the center of the grinding roll and the grinding ring by means of a shovel knife. Under high pressure from grinding, it is pulverized into fine powder. Simultaneously, as it rotates with the grinding roll, shovel material is crushed. The pulverized powder is then blown by airflow from a blower to a separator above the main engine for separation. If particles are too coarse, they will fall back into the main engine cavity for re-grinding. If particle size meets requirements, it enters a cyclone collector with airflow and is collected before being discharged through a powder pipe as finished product.
