800 mesh: Used as filler in rubber, plastic and cable. For PVC, the whiteness is over 94%.

1250~2500 mesh: The highest quality feldspar powder on the market, feldspar mill produced feldspar powder can be used in all the above industries. Usually used in high-priced painting, medical industry.

Precautions for Using Feldspar Grinding Mill

1. Check bearing temperature frequently. If the temperature is too high, check whether the lubrication and transmission parts are normal and whether the rolling distance is too tight. Find out the cause in time and take corresponding measures. If the situation is serious, stop the inspection.
2. Always check the tightness of the belt. If the belt is loose, it will reduce the transmission efficiency and affect the grinding effect. If it is too tight, it is easy to cause the bearing to heat, increase power consumption, and reduce the service life of the belt.
3. All transmission components must be securely fastened. Special tools should be used when disassembling or installing. Do not use a hammer or other tools to strike directly.
4. Don't forget to check the pneumatic components. After the plastic mill is turned on, often check the pneumatic components in the gas path, whether the gas path and the connection are leaking or damaged, and check whether the gas supply pressure meets the requirements. Usage should also be checked frequently. If it is found that it is too tight, too loose, beating, deviation, and wear are serious, it should be adjusted, repaired or replaced in time. The amount of oil in the oil mist in the air source triplet should be checked regularly, and the spindle oil must be added to avoid blockage of the small holes in the pipeline.
