What is feldspar and feldspar powder?-Feldspar powder processing plant
Feldspar powder is the powder of feldspar.Feldspar is an aluminosilicate mineral of potassium, sodium, calcium, barium and other alkali metals or alkaline earth metals. Its main components are SiO2, Al2O3, K2O, Na2O and CaO.Feldspar can be divided into:
(1) potassium feldspar (orthoclase), whose molecular formula is K2O·Al2O3·6SiO2
(2) sodium feldspar (cao changshi), whose molecular formula is Na2O·Al2O3·6SiO2
(3) calcium feldspar (gray feldspar), whose molecular formula is CaO·Al2O3·2SiO2
(4) barium feldspar (heavy earth feldspar), whose molecular formula is BaO·Al2O3·2SiO2
In general, pure feldspar is rarely found in nature.Even minerals called potash feldspar may co-exist or mix in some sodium feldspar.The feldspar mineral composed of potash feldspar and sodium feldspar is called alkali feldspar.The feldspar mineral composed of sodium feldspar and calcium feldspar is called plagioclase.The feldspar mineral formed by calcium feldspar and barium feldspar is called alkaline earth feldspar.Potassium microplagioclase is a kind of potassium feldspar with triclinal system, and sodium feldspar is called striated feldspar when mixed with potash feldspar in regular arrangement.

Feldspar powder production process
1.Crushing large feldspar stone to feldspar lumps
Large pieces of feldspar are transported to the raw material warehouse by special vehicles, and then the forklift/manually delivers the material to the jaw crusher or hammer crusher for crushing and crushing to less than the maximum feed size of the mill.
2.Feeding feldspar lumps to hopper
The feldspar crushed by the crusher is lifted from the hoist to the storage hopper, and the storage hopper is discharged and fed to the main machine evenly by the feeder.
3.Frinding feldspar lumps to feldspar powder
The qualified feldspar powder in the grinding process are screened by the screening system and then enter the collector through the pipeline. After being collected, the product is discharged through the discharge valve, and the unqualified product falls into the main machine and is re-milled.
4.The finished product:feldspar powder
The purified airflow of the finished feldspar powder is collected by the dust collector, and the purified air flows into the blower through the residual air above the dust remover, and the air path is circulated, except that the blower is positive pressure to the grinding chamber, and the airflow in the other pipelines is Under negative pressure. It ensures the dust-free pollution of the air in the production workshop.
